Hi Meredith! Overall, your photos do a good job of capturing a fore, middle and background. And the composition and colors of the playground are nice. Although the photos are cool, I think to make the background less blurry you could use a higher aperture (F22 or something).
I like the second photo best. There is a nice focus on the rocks on the left and the slide in the back ground lines up nicely with the table in the middle ground. I think to improve photos like this in the future you could make the background less blurry so the lines in the back can demand the eyes attention a bit more.
For the first photo I think it could be improved by getting a little closer to the pillar like you did in the second photo, and take out the pillar on the right side of the photo.
